Some of you sent through your 'Heart Rate' challenge to me last week and it was pleasing to see how quickly you could bring your heart rate back down again. I aim to get out for a run about three times a week, try to ensure you are squeezing some exercise into your day. 

(To be honest I enjoy enjoy my bar of chocolate with a cup of tea much more when I have done a little bit of exercise.)
