We are in our new term of Gymnastics club and the team have been practising and perfecting their already large range of skills. This week we learnt some sports acrobatic lifts and balances such a angel, thigh stand and parallel front support.
We have been focussing on making all our movements as perfect, precise and controlled as we can by pointing our toes, squeezing our muscles and extending our arms and legs.
So far we have learnt a range or rolls, jumps, balances and conditioning exercises and will be continuing to improve them in Tuesdays session.
