Well-being club is run a Friday lunchtime from 12.30pm to 1pm by Mrs Miles. It is designed to help relax and de-stress both staff and pupils. Well-Being club is currently for Year 6 pupils only.
What do we do?
In a session the children colour in beautiful art pages, read or draw whilst listening to calming classical music. Sometimes pupils will choose to use the time to do some mindful thinking to help them de-stress.
